| Joining TRADA group in 2006. Prior to joining the Group, he was the Deputy Director Corporate Finance at PT Holdiko Perkasa – a holding company established to hold assets of the Salim Group controlled by Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (IBRA). Prior to that, he spent 5 years with HSBC Investment Bank in Jakarta, Indonesia with latest position as Senior Manager Corporate Finance where he was involved in various capital market as well as merger and acquisition transactions. Ridwan holds Bachelor Degree in Economics at University of Indonesia and completed Master Degree in International Banking and Financial Services from University of Reading, UK. Currently serves as the Director of PT Trada International. |

| Currently serves as the Director of PT Trada International to develop agro-industry & renewable energy sector. Panya started his career in 1993 at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk served as brand manager for foods division. Then he furthers his career to PT Dimar Indonesia – a marketing consultancy services company in 1995. In 1998 he managed PT Mitra Panen Agrilestari as Principal. His responsibility is including managing farm operation, research and development initiative. Previously joined Trada Group in 2004, he served as Project Development Head focusing on Bio-Ethanol business for 1, 5 year and then moved to PT Medco Ethanol Lampung in 2005 to take responsibility as Project Director of bio-ethanol plant. Panya graduated HS Diploma at Berkshire School, Sheffield Massachusetts, USA and also Bachelors of Science at Babson College Wellesley, Massachusetts, USA in double majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship Studies. |
